One-on-One Session

You’re ready to take control of your health and add fitness to you lifestyle.


This ONE-ON-ONE Training Session is designed to help you maximize your metabolism with me by your side at one of the 3 Econofitness I cover.


I will push you, challenge you, make you burn calories and build lean muscle throughout our 60 minutes together. I will make sure you are reaching the next level of your fitness journey with  a smile and proper form and technique.
